For me, breath is the beginning of everything. Both my body as verbal communication find their source in the right use of breath.
Before my body moves there is breath. Even before my thought arise or my thoughts become my words, there is breath. This translation fascinates me. I see around me that the value/importance/strength is being underestimated. When I breath in the right way, that can bring me peace in my body and creates a calmness for the mind. For this reason I started a search to find right ways of breathing that suit any given situation or activity. This way I can stay close to myself and act from an honest place, organic, and work/act from my own strengths.
